Connie Palmer has been working in customer relationship management for more than 20 years. She has impeccable communication skills and is regularly asked for by name by our customers due to her command of our product line and superior support.
Connie began her career as an Account Manager at Federal Transtel before moving to Worldwide Express, one of the leading third party logistics companies in the U.S. While there she held the role of Strategic Accounts Manager and later Freight Operations Manager, overseeing all customer service and back-office operations for two independently owned franchises in Birmingham and Atlanta.
At FireRock, Connie leads our team of Customer Service and Inside Sales reps, mentoring and training them to offer world-class support and service to all our customers. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Alabama - Birmingham.
Outside of work, Connie is a bit of a thrill seeker and enjoys riding 4-wheelers with her husband. She lives in Birmingham with her husband and two cats - Penelope and Cat-Man-Do.
